Ingredients
250 gms tender beans
2 potatoes
8-10 crushed garlic cloves
5 tsp oil
2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Procedure
Wash and cut the ends of the beans and cut into 1-inch pieces
Peel the potatoes and cut into thick Julians
Heat oil, add garlic and fry until brown, put the potato and beans and cook with a lid covered(don't add water)
Once it is cooked 50% add the chilli powder and cook further until it is done
Serve hot with rice and rasam.
