Ingredients
250 gms tender french beans
5-6 tsp oil
8-10 crushed garlic cloves
2-3 red chilli bits
Salt to taste
Procedure
Wash the beans, trim the ends and cut into 1-inch pieces
Heat oil in a cast iron or non-stick Kadai, add the crushed garlic and red chilli bits
Fry till the garlic turns brown, add the washed beans, salt .sprinkle very little water and cover with a lid
Once it is cooked open the lid and roast it for 10 mins, turn off the flame
serve hot with rice and dal
