Bread Utthappam

Ingredients

4 bread slices cut into a round shape

1/2 cup curd

1/4 cup semolina/rava

Water as required

Salt to taste

Oil 2 tblsp


For the topping:

1/4 chopped onions

2 tblsp grated carrot

chopped coriander leaves

Little salt




Procedure


  • In a bowl mix curds,rava, water,salt, whisk and keep for 5-10 mins

  • Heat tava, dip the bread slice in the curd mixture till it is fully coated with it

  • Put it on tava and top it with the onion mixture

  • Cook both sides,adding oil

  • Serve with chutney.
