Ingredients
4 bread slices cut into a round shape
1/2 cup curd
1/4 cup semolina/rava
Water as required
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tblsp
For the topping:
1/4 chopped onions
2 tblsp grated carrot
chopped coriander leaves
Little salt
Procedure
In a bowl mix curds,rava, water,salt, whisk and keep for 5-10 mins
Heat tava, dip the bread slice in the curd mixture till it is fully coated with it
Put it on tava and top it with the onion mixture
Cook both sides,adding oil
Serve with chutney.
