Capsicorn Upkari / Stir fry

Ingredients

1 cup sweet corn

1 cup finely chopped capsicum

2 green chillies

1 tsp mustard

2 tsp oil

Salt to taste




Procedure


  • In a pan take oil, add mustard

  • When it crackles add chillies and fry for a minute

  • Put the sweet corn and chopped capsicum, salt to taste, and cover the lid

  • Cook till it is cooked and serve hot with rice and rasam.
