Ingredients
250 gms bindi/ lady's fingers
4 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
3 broken dry red chillies
Salt to taste
Procedure
Wash and wipe the bhindis
Cut the ends and Chop them into thin slices
Heat a nonstick pan, when it starts crackling add red chilies broken and fry for a minute
Add the bhindi, salt to taste and mix well, cook with a lid covered, for 5-10 mins
Open the lid and toss well and cook for another 5 mins
Serve hot with hot rice and dal.
