Dry Prawns Curry / Sukkale Sungta Phanna Upkari

Ingredients

250 gms bindi/ lady's fingers

4 tsp oil

1 tsp mustard

3 broken dry red chillies

Salt to taste



Procedure

  • Wash and wipe the bhindis

  • Cut the ends and Chop them into thin slices

  • Heat a nonstick pan, when it starts crackling add red chilies broken and fry for a minute

  • Add the bhindi, salt to taste and mix well, cook with a lid covered, for 5-10 mins

  • Open the lid and toss well and cook for another 5 mins

  • Serve hot with hot rice and dal.
