Grilled Paneer Corn Sandwich

Ingredients


10 bread slices

4 tblsp butter

4 tblsp mayonnaise


For the filling:

1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels

1/2 cup paneer cut into small cubes

1/4 cup capsicum cut into small cubes

3 tblsp grated cheese

2 tsp pepper pdr

Salt to taste

2 tsp tomato ketchup

Mix all these ingredients and keep them aside


For the green chutney:

1/2 cup grated coconut

3 green chillies

1/2 inch ginger

2 garlic cloves

1 cup coriander leaves

1 tsp black salt

2 tsp lemon juice

Grind all the ingredients adding little water into a fine paste and keep aside





Procedure


  • Take 2 bread slices, apply green chutney on the slices, put 2-3 tblsp filling on one bread slice, put some mayonnaise and cover it with another slice

  • Apply butter on both slices. Grill the sandwich or toast it on tava till it becomes crisp and brown

  • Serve hot with ketchup.
