Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup chopped fenugreek leaves(methi)
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
water as required
Oil for deep frying
Procedure
Put all the ingredients in a bowl (except oil)
Add water and knead into a soft dough.
Divide the dough into portions and make lemon size balls
Heat oil, roll the balls into poori and deep fry them into crisp and golden brown pooris.
Serve hot with dal.
