Masala Methi Poori with Jeera Dal

Ingredients


2 cups wheat flour

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp coriander powder

2 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 cup chopped fenugreek leaves(methi)

2 tsp oil

Salt to taste

water as required

Oil for deep frying




Procedure

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl (except oil)

  • Add water and knead into a soft dough.

  • Divide the dough into portions and make lemon size balls

  • Heat oil, roll the balls into poori and deep fry them into crisp and golden brown pooris.

  • Serve hot with dal.
