Ingredients
2 fully riped nendrabale (a kind of banana used widely in Kerala and used for making chips)
Oil for deep frying
3 tbsp rice flour
For the marination:
2 tbsp rice flour
3 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp asafoetida powder
Salt to taste
Make a semi-thick paste of the above ingredients adding water as needed.
Procedure
Peel and cut the banana into 3 pieces
Cut each pieces int3 slices(lengthwise)
Apply the marination according to your taste
Roll each piece in rice flour
Heat oil and deep fry the banana into crisp fritters on a medium flame
Serve hot with rice and dal.
