This Tiktok tortilla wrap hack food trend that's gone viral is worth the hype. Make any flavor combination wraps an easy meal. The concept is easy, cut a slit to the middle of the tortilla and fill each quarter with your favorite “toppings” or ingredients. Then simply fold each quarter triangles onto themselves until you have a layered wrap. You can then use a panini press to toast it or put it over griddle like we did to make it nice and toasty.



Ingredients
1 Roti / Tortilla
1/2 cup Paneer Capsicum stir fry
1/2 cup Vegetable salad
2 tbsp Mayo dip
2 tbsp grated cheese
Oil or ghee for cooking
Procedure
To make paneer stir fry heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add 1 small sliced onion, and saute till transparent.
now add 1/4 cup capsicum cut into juliennes, 1 small chopped tomato, a pinch of salt, and cook till they are tender.
Now add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and fry well. Add a pinch of turmeric powder,1 tsp red chilli powder, and 1/2 tsp garam masala powder. Saute for a second.
Tip in 1/2 cup cubed paneer, a little salt, and toss well for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
For the salad Finely slice 1/2 onion,1/2 carrot, and a piece of cabbage. Add some salt to taste, crushed pepper, and little lemon juice to the veggies, and give a good mix.
For the mayo dip, mix 2 tbsp veg. mayonnaise with 2 tsp ketchup or schezuan sauce and mix well.
To make tortilla wrap take one cooked roti, cut a slit to the middle of roti and fill each quarter in order 1) mayo dip 2) Paneer capsicum stir fry 3) Veg. salad 4) grated cheese. Then simply fold each quarter triangles onto themselves until you have a layered wrap.( Please check the below video)
Heat one pan and place the wrap on hot Tawa. Make sure to brush some oil over both sides of the wrap first. Toast on low heat for a few minutes on each side so the cheese has a chance to melt.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
