
Ingredients
1 cup grated veggies/ tarkari like ridge gourd, Madras cucumber, carrot,seeme badane , beans(use all the veggies with skin)
3 tsp grated coconut
2 green chillies
1 red chilli
2 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
2 tsp chana dal
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Little tamarind
For the tadka:
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
curry leaves
1 red chilli
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan add jeera, chana dal, green chillies chopped and red chilli, fry for a minute
Now drop in coconut and grated veggies, fry for 5-10 mins or till the raw smell goes
Grind with tamarind, salt once it comes to room temperature, adding little water
Add the tempering and serve with rice or dosa.
