Ingredients
250 gms bhindi / lady's fingers / okra
5 tsp oil
8 crushed garlic cloves
3-4 red chilli bits
Salt to taste
Procedure
Wash the bhindis and wipe with a kitchen towel
Cut the ends and cut into thin roundels
Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan, add crushed garlic and red chilli bits, fry till garlic turns brown
Add the chopped bhindis, salt and cook with a lid covered
Once the bhindis are cooked, open the lid and roast it for 5 more mins
Turn off the flame and serve hot with rice and dal
