Ingredients
2 cups finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup green peas
1 potato cut into small cubes
4 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
Pinch of hing
2-3 green chilles chopped
2 red chillies chopped
1 sprig of curry leaves
Salt to taste
3 tbsp freshly grated coconut
Procedure
In cooker take oil, add mustard, when it starts crackling, add curry leaves, urad dal and fry for a second
Add green chillies, red chillies,hing and fry for a minute
Now add the veggies, salt to taste and 1/4 cup water, close the lid of the cooker
Cook only for 2 whistles and switch off the flame
Once the steam is released open the lid, add the grated coconut, mix well
Check for the salt and serve hot with rice and dal.
