Paratha is a common term used for Indian flat-bread prepared with wheat flour and dal ka paratha means Indian flat-bread prepared with leftover lentils. Leftover Dal Paratha is the simplest and tastiest breakfast in the morning. A very basic recipe that rich in protein and healthy too. You can use any dal or palak paneer too.

Ingredients
1 cup leftover dal palak/ or any dal
2 cups wheat flour
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
3 chopped green chillies
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
Ghee or oil to cook parathas
Procedure
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl (except ghee/oil)
Knead it into a soft dough
Divide the dough into portions and make balls
Roll the ball into parathas. Heat a pan and cook parathas on a medium flame, drizzled with ghee or oil
Serve parathas with curds, pickles, or any side dish of your choice.
