Ingredients
1 small Gobi / Cauliflower cut into thin slices
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup rice flour
Oil for cooking
Procedure
Put the gobi slices in warm water with salt for 10 mins
Wash well and drain all the water from the gobi
Marinate the gobi with chilli powder, salt and ginger garlic paste
Roll each slice in the rice flour and fry on Tava adding oil , with a lid covered
Once it is cooked,flip the gobi and cook the other side
Once it is done, serve hot with rice and dal or rasam.
