
Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen green peas
1 potato cut into small cubes
3 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1 sprig curry leaf
3 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp hing/ asafoetida powder
3 tbsp grated fresh coconut
Salt to taste
Procedure
In cooker heat oil, add mustard, when it crackles, add curry leaves, green chillies
Fry for a second, add hing and fry again
Now add the green peas, potato, salt to taste mix well
Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 2 -3 whistles
Once the steam of the cooker is released, open the lid, add grated coconut and toss well
Serve hot with rice and dal.
