Ingredients
1 cup grated gobi
1 boiled potato
1/2 cup finely chopped methi leaves
3 tsp oil
1 finely chopped onion
4 finely chopped garlic
2-3 finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp jeera pdr
1 tsp garam masala pdr
1/2 tsp red chilli pdr
1/2 turmeric pdr
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
For the outer cover:
2 cups wheat flour
Salt to taste
Water to knead the flour
Add water and salt to the flour and knead into a soft dough and keep aside, covered.
Procedure
Wash well the grated gobi and drain all the water (put in a strainer)
Heat oil in a pan ,fry chopped garlic,green chillies till it becomes brown
Add chopped onion and saute till it becomes transparent
Add grated gobi and saute till it is cooked
Add the chopped methi and fry for 5 mins,followed by the boiled,mashed potato
Now drop in all the spice powders,mix well
Finally add salt ,chopped coriander leaves and mix
Devide the dough into small portions and make balls
Roll each ball into a roti,keep around 3 tblsps of stuffing in the center and cover it
Roll the paratha and cook on a medium flame adding ghee or oil
Serve hot with pickle ,curds and chunda!!!
