Mix Veg. Upkari / Stir Fry

Ingredients

1/2 cup potato cut into Juliennes

1/2 cup fresh green peas

1/2 cup baby corn cut into juliennes

1/2 cup french beans cut into juliennes

1/2 cup carrot cut into juliennes

3 tsp oil

1 tsp mustard

3-4 methi seeds

3 slit green chillies

Salt to taste

3 tbsp coconut gratings





Procedure

  • In a cooker, put oil, add mustard. Once it crackles, put, methi seeds, green chillies and saute for a minute.

  • Put the cut, washed veggies, salt to taste, mix well and sprinkle little water

  • Close the lid of the cooker and cook for only one whistle.

  • Once the steam is released, open the lid and garnish with coconut gratings.

  • Serve hot with rice and dal.
