

Ingredients
1/2 cup potato cut into Juliennes
1/2 cup fresh green peas
1/2 cup baby corn cut into juliennes
1/2 cup french beans cut into juliennes
1/2 cup carrot cut into juliennes
3 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
3-4 methi seeds
3 slit green chillies
Salt to taste
3 tbsp coconut gratings
Procedure
In a cooker, put oil, add mustard. Once it crackles, put, methi seeds, green chillies and saute for a minute.
Put the cut, washed veggies, salt to taste, mix well and sprinkle little water
Close the lid of the cooker and cook for only one whistle.
Once the steam is released, open the lid and garnish with coconut gratings.
Serve hot with rice and dal.
