
Ingredients
1 cup sevaiya
4 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chana masala pdr or any garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
Heat oil in a Kadai, add mustard, once it starts crackling, add chopped onions
Saute onions till it becomes transparent, followed by chopped tomatoes
Fry the tomatoes till it becomes mushy
Add the spice powders and fry for a minute
Now drop in the shevaiya / vermicelli, salt to taste and mix well
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
