
Ingredients
2 boiled potatoes
1 big tomato cut into pieced and boiled
2 green chillies crushed
2 tbsp grated coconut
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
For the tempering:
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
curry leaves
Generous amount of hing/ asafoetida
Procedure
Take boiled potato and tomato in a bowl and mash well, add crushed green chillies, coconut gratings, salt, coriander leaves and mix well
Add little water and adjust the consistency according to your taste
Add the tempering and mix well
Serve with rice and dal or konji/ ganji/ peaj
